Take a blank sheet of paper and a 2B pencil... collect a list of things that make South Arm special to you... apply a liberal dose of wordplay and imagination and you have the beginnings of your very own masterpiece.
Of course Coral Tulloch, Tasmanian illustrator and author, makes it all seem so simple but after her two day workshop with the Grade 5/6 class at South Arm Primary School, stories were flowing, images revealed and the very first inklings of our final project had come to life.
